Our Mission Statement
First Church of the Nazarene believes that as a body of believers we ought to give ourselves over to God totally in the fullness of love. We believe in loving Him with all our heart, soul, mind and strength! In doing so, we give ourselves also to the Body of Believers, loving them as Christ loves. And too, our love extends beyond the walls of the church, into the community, loving and caring as Christ does! We understand that the purpose of the church is to reach IN to the folks inside the church; reach OUT to the folks outside the church; and to reach UP for strength and guidance from the Lord! It is our goal to love all people as Jesus Christ does, and to give ourselves to them in any way we can in Christian service to God!
