Elder Wilson is the pastor and establishmentarian of Divinity Temple of Christ. Divinity Temple is located in the beautiful foothills of Western North Carolina. Pastor Wilson has a very unique Pentecostal style that he uses to deliver the word of God in a dynamic fashion. Pastor Wilson travels to many places in the Carolina's under the prophetic anointing of God. As a member of the United Pentecostal Churches of Christ, under Presiding Plate Bishop J. Delano Ellis and Auxiliary Bishop of the UPCC's Sixth Episcopal Diocese, Bishop Carl D. Lykes, Pastor Wilson's teachings often teach on the importance of leadership, vision, and obeying authority in the local churches. Pastor Wilson is quoted as saying " True leadership works from the top down. When this divine order is broken it is rebellion and rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft." Pastor Wilson with the help of the Lord and his wife Co-Pastor Nedra Wilson, will be a force that the gates of hell shall be able to stop as we go in to this 21st Century, as they teach the people how pull down strongholds in their life so they can obtain true, deliverance.
The UPCC was organized by Bishop J. Delano Ellis, II of Cleveland, Ohio in April 1993 with some twelve pastors and ministers who desired an alternative in Pentecostal witness. The UPCC is a theological blend of Pentecostal tradition and worship with Apostolic teaching and practice. We are anglican/apostolic in government while congregations enjoy autonomy and self-determination. Bishops are selected by the Presiding Bishop and receive "Apostolic Succession" through the Western Stream of historic Christendom. The Church meets annualy in Cleveland during the month of August while the College of twelve bishops assist the Presiding Bishop in the governing of the Reformation. A strict emphasis is placed on high moral content and holy living for leaders and saints alike. A godly lifestyle, good example and formal education is required for those who would serve in sensitive leadership positions. The Reformation's special interest is the "storefront connection" where men and women share in the ordained ministry with credibility.
