North Ramsey Street Church of God is a family oriented, multi-racial, spirit filled community church "Committed To Making A Difference", providing a context for persons from every walk of life to come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, a growing personal walk in the Holy Spirit, and involvement in a supportive fellowship group, excellence in christian ministry and a life of witnessing ministry as a disciple of Jesus Christ.
North Ramsey Street Chrurch of God Philosophy
According to Scriptures the Church exists to exalt Christ, edify belivers, evangelize the lost and stand as a protest against evil. The effectiveness of any local church is dependent upon each member's relationship with Jesus Christ and commitment to Kingdom involvement. The main concern of the Church in the world today is its horizontal structure. Our desire is to challenge the people of God to a high level of Bibical education and to revive the concepts of Christian vocation. To take the priesthood of all belivers out of the solgan category and set it in its true context as an essential and determinative element in the theology of the Church, giving a dynamic for action in our times. We belive that when we minister to the needs of people, those people will be drawn to the Church and its Lord.
