Based solidly upon the foundation established by the Lord, through the Prophets and the Apostles, Sovereign Grace Church firmly believes that salvation is by faith through God's sovereign grace, accomplished by the once-and-for-all sacrifice of Jesus Christ, and not by the works or the will of man. We believe that sanctification is a progressive work of the Holy Spirit and that Christians have a solemn responsibility to strive for obedience. We believe that it is our duty as followers of Christ to carry out the Great Commission, witnessing of the new life and salvation promised to the elect through Christ.
