OUR BROTHERHOOD
Our monastic Brotherhood is a traditional Greek Orthodox community and is devoted to our Saviour Jesus Christ and attempts to live the fullness of the Orthodox Christian witness. We remain as outsiders to those "Orthodox" who embrace a dull, lifeless, organizational mentality. We belong to suffering Orthodoxy and pray for the courage to continue as independent workers in God's vineyard. We are of the 'catacomb network' as Blessed Seraphim Rose states, "In the future catacomb network of strugglers for true Orthodoxy, the 'jurisdictional' question will recede into the background." It is not about being in the 'right camp' or political correctness that defines one's Orthodoxy but rather living true Orthodoxy and enduring struggle. The Great Church of Christ transcends manmade jurisdictional boundaries and encompasses all those true Orthodox Christians who are united in Christ's Orthodoxy and the struggle for Truth.
