At Beaver Creek We:

Proclaim Jesus Christ as the Son of God and mankind's only hope for heaven. Our services exalt the Savior with expository preaching, inspirational music, and educational programs that are all designed to direct people to Him and help them grow in their Christian life.

Our Purpose Is To:
1. Worship God. 2. Evangelize the Lost. 3. Instruct Believers. 4. Fellowship with each other. 5. Express love & concern toward our community.

God Wants You To...

1. ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE SINNED.
>Romans 3:10&23 "As it is written, there is none righteous,no,
not one" "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God"
>How many have sinned? ALL HAVE SINNED. I would be the first to
admit that I have sinned in my life. Do you believe you have
committed any sins in your life?

2. REALIZE THERE IS A PENALTY FOR SIN.
> Romans 6:23a says that "the wages of sin is death..." Ephesians 2:1 says that apart from Him you are "dead in trespasses & sins" > "Death" means a seperation, whether physical, which is the seperation of the person from the body, or spiritual, which is the person seperated from God. > because of your sin you are seperated from God right now and will be seperated from God throughout eternity in the lake of fire which is the "SECOND DEATH", Revelation 20:14,15 & 21:8 3. ACKNOWLEDGE THAT JESUS CHRIST PAID THE PENALTY OF SIN FOR YOU. > Romans 5:8 states that "God commendeth His love toward us in that, while we yet sinners, CHRIST DIED FOR US." > Jesus experienced seperation from God for us. When He hung on the cross, God laid the sins of the world on Jesus, and Jesus became seperated from God the Father. That is why when Jesus was dying on the cross He cried out, "My God, My God, why hast Thou forsaken Me?" Of course, the Lord Jesus Christ arose from the dead three days later. 4. REALIZE THAT GOD WANTS TO GIVE YOU A GIFT OF ETERNAL LIFE IN HEAVEN > Romans 6:23b tells us the good news..."but the gift of God is ETERNAL LIFE through Jesus Christ our Lord." > Eternal life is eternal union with God which begins now in a vibrant and meaningful way, and will continue in Heaven the instant we die physically. If we receive God's gift of eternal life, we shall go to heaven the minute we die phisically. 5.UNDERSTAND THAT KNOWING THAT THE GIFT HAS BEEN GIVEN IS NOT ENOUGH, YOU MUST ACCEPT THAT FREE GIFT OF SALVATION FROM DEATH. > Romans 10:9,10 says "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus Christ, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou SHALT BE SAVED. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." > This means that you ACCEPT Jesus Christ as the Lord of your life, and that you believe in your heart that Jesus paid the penalty for YOUR sin. > If you truly want to receive eternal life, and are ready to turn from your sins why don't you pray this prayer: " Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I'm a sinner living a life that is dead and completely separated from God. I also know that this is not what God wants for my life. Jesus, I believe that you died for me and paid for my sins by dying on the cross, and I thank you for that. Jesus, I ask you to please forgive me of my sins, to be my Lord and Savior, and to give me a new and victorious life. I pray that just as you overcame the power of death that you will be the force in my life to overcome the power of sin. Help me to now live a life that will be pleasing to you. Thank you for saving me. In your name I pray.Amen > If you prayed this prayer we would love to hear from you at jchick@m-y.net so that we may rejoice with you over your NEW LIFE. We also would like to help you get started in your new Christian Walk. May the Lord richly bless you from this day forth.
