About our church

You are invited to the Methuen Church of God located at 446 Prospect Street in Methuen, Massachusetts. We are a Christ centered, full gospel, Spirit filled, evangelical, Bible believing church. We are a small loving family orientated congregation where all are welcome and accepted.

We are a small church with 25 to 35 in attendance and growing! We are part of the Church of God denomination, headquartered in Cleveland, Tennessee. Our denomination has over five million members!

Our pastor is reverend Craig S. Mattheson, an ordained minister licensed, and holds credentials with the Church of God.

Our vision in Methuen Church of God is to do our part in fulfilling the great commission that our Lord Jesus gave all Christians through His word.

That is to preach the Gospel to every creature, to go and make disciples, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost, and teaching them to obey everything Jesus commanded.
