Imperial Community Church emphasizes the Word of God and the need for its daily application to the believer's life. The Bible is our only standard for belief and life.
Pastoral Staff
Rev. LeRoy Jackson was raise in and accepted Christ as his Savior at ICC. At the age of 41 he left to pastor two churches in the Pacific Northwest for ten years before turning to pastor his home church. He has pastored in Imperial for the last 20 years.
Chaplain Steve Francis is the has been a member of ICC for ten years. In October of 1994 he was hired by the State of California as the Protestant Chaplain at Centinela State Prison in Imperial, CA.
Pastor Jackson and Chaplain Francis are both member of the IFCA, Int. and Chaplain Francis is endorsed by the Bible Churches Chaplaincy, a ministry of the IFCA, Int.
Chaplain Clyde Huff is a life long member of ICC with his wife Joan. Clyde is a full-time volunteer chaplain at Centinela and along with his wife have served the inmates for approximately two years. Clyde is currently in the process of seeking membership from Pastors to Prisoners in San Diego, CA.
