Rules and Regulations
Baptism Classes: Parents must have legal birth certificate of the county. Godparents must be married through the church. In order to take the class you must come to the parish office and fill out the baptism class forms. First Communion Classes : children that will be taking First Communion Classes must be baptized first! They must also attend Religious education classes yearly. After having attended classes There are sacramental classes the child must go through. Keep watch in the bulletin for these dates. Quinceanera Classes: Parents and young teen-age daughter must speak with a priest six months prior to the celebration. She must be baptized and has had First Communion Classes. Also there is a requirement to attend religious education classes yearly. She must receive the sacrament of reconciliation(confession)right before the date of Celebration. You will need to contact Brenda Rivas for the Quinceanera classes. *Must attend Mass regularly* Marriage Classes: Couples wanting to get married through the church, must speak with the priest six months prior to the wedding. Date and time must not be set until they have talked with a priest. The couple will have two sessions with the priest. Weddings will not begin after 2:00p.m.... Exceptions will be made only if the wedding takes place at one of the weekend masses.
