Who We Are
We are a multi-racial group of Christians who love the Lord Jesus Christ, and celebrate the diversity of people He has made. The Bible tells us that Jesus loved people simply and completely. He accepted people for who they were, only asking that they live for God. We strive to do the same.
God has blessed us to be an inner-city congregation.
We are a church family that cares for one another. If we say that God is our Father, we must also know that we as His children, are sisters and brothers. And there is always room for others. Visit our church forum

We are also a "Welcoming Church." You are welcome here no matter who you are. You don't have to be dressed up to come and give thanks to The Lord for bringing you this far.

Who will Come And Serve?
We are looking for a youth pastor or a lay youth worker who is familiar with the ways and feel of the inner-city. His Job will be to care for the kids in the church and to do outreach into the neighborhood which is ripe with children and TEENS that need direction.
The people are primarily African American. This person should be seasoned, married and sure of God's call to work in the inner-city.
Also, our church has a gym, and basketball is VERY POPULAR among the people. The youth pastor should have a knowledge and liking for the game. It will be a primary outreach tool. If you would like to know more, call Pastor Bill at (313) 537-3926. Or e-mail him at wemulwee@juno.com.
