VISION 2000 - Koinonia
Vision 2000 "What Will It Take?"
In a word, Vision 2000 will only be reached as we come together in the partnership of koinonia and the unity of purpose of pastoral staff, lay leadership and congregational surrenders.
In this regard the partnership of koinonia means:
1. To share partnership with Christ - Philippians 3:10
2. To share partnership with Holy Spirit - 2 Corinthians 3:18
3. To share partnership in Faith - Philemon 1:17
4. To share partnership in Services - 2 Corinthians 8:23
5. To share partnership in Benevolence - Romans 12:13
6. To share partnership in Circumstances - Philippians 4:14
Vision 2000 - Unity of Purpose
Finally, in order to ensure the unity of purpose:
1. We commit ourselves to making more and better disciples.
2. We concern ourselves foremost with the size of the harvest and secondarily with the membership expansion and facility development.
3. We strive to be a caring place dedicated to meeting people where they are, taking them were they can become in Christ and nurturing them in a group context to achieve their highest potentialities.
4. We seek to find our ministry gifts and implement them to their highest advantage under the leadership of the Holy Spirit in lay ministry.
5. We confess our dependency on the Holy Spirit and trust Him to guide us in our ministry endeavors.
6. We seek the Holy Spirit to make His gifts available for mutually edifying us together in the body of Christ to perfect His ministry throughout the world.
7. We pledge our support to the pastoral staff and Vision 2000 in daily prayer, ministry participation and faithful stewardship.
We welcome you to Gods house. We would like to take this opportunity to let you know a little bit about us. We are called Liberty Christian Center and our vision is simple:
To experience the God's Liberty through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
To become a place where a Christian can grow and nurture their faith in a multi-cultural setting with God and other believers.
And to be a training Center for God's people to find and use their gifts for His glory!
We have a vision to raise up churches and believers to first experience Gods love, power, healing, restoration, and then proclaim it to others! Dedicated to integrity and the well being of God's people, we desire to see Him change lives through dynamic praise and worship, anointed preaching and teaching of the Word, and the demonstration of the Holy Spirit. We need you! We are building a core group of believers who want to glorify Jesus and to be used by Jesus to touch the lives of others; however, our hearts are not to compete but to complete! If you are looking for a church home are doors and hearts are wide open.
