First Baptist Church is a Moderate Southern Baptist Church that is "Anchored to the Rock and Geared for the Times."
We are a friendly growing congregation just outside of Charlotte, North Carolina.
Our church is blessed with extremely talented individuals. Our worship is formal and often liturgical but yet progressive,
ministering to the needs of the people, the congregation as a whole, and our community.
We strive to provide ministry to, with, and by people for the Glory of Christ and His Kingdom.
Ministry Opportunities At First Baptist Stanfield
We continue to strive to provide ministry opportunities for every age group and interest group. From our "Kiddies Club" (Grades 6 & Under), Our "Dynamic Youth" (Grades 7 & up), to our "Young Adults", and our "Senior Adults." We have an extremely active Women on Mission led by Mrs. Kathy Anderson as well as Baptist Men who are being led by our pastor at present. We have a most excellent Music Program for Adults and Children led by our Minister of Music, Mr. Larry Sides. We at First Baptist Church in Stanfield would love to see you attend any or all of our services and ministry opportunities!
