STATEMENT OF FAITH
WE BELIEVE:The Bible to be the infalliable word of His truth.WE BELIEVE:In the life, death, burial, resurrection, and swift return of our Lord Jesus Christ.WE BELIEVE:That angels, demons, and satan, are real beings, and that a True and Living God created and is the master of them all.WE BELIEVE:In the gift of the Holy Ghost, our comforter, with the evidence of speaking in tounges.WE BELIEVE:Among other things we believe that there is unconditional-VICTORY IN JESUS.
THE CHURCH
Christ Tabernacle Church is one in which the full gospel of Jesus Christ is preached. Our pastor Bishop Spencer Lackey Sr., and his wife Elect-Lady M. Elaine Lackey are a team working together to build the kingdom of God.Our church is located just outside of Metro Atlanta in the city of Decatur, Georgia. A growing church, CTC is composed of about 1500 members who have helped to build God a beautiful beacon in this area.Upon visiting CTC, you will be blessed to hear the sounds of our soon to be recording choir. The word of God brought forth by Bishop Lackey will touch you.Christ Tabernacle, though sharing the doctrines of the Church of God in Christ International, is not a direct affiliate. Believing that "there is therefore no condemnation to them...in Christ Jesus" we refer to ourselves simply as a Church where His power is moving.If you ever find yourself in the city of Atlanta/Decatur, and want to have "sanctified church" look us up.
