The Dormition of the Mother of God Byzantine Catholic Church, is located in the Archdiocese of Pittsburgh, which is under the leadership of the Most Reverend Metropolitan Archbishop Judson M. Procyk. The church was deticated on September 23, 1906 and is located at 104 Byzantine Lane Clarence, Pennsylvania. We are under the leadership of His Holyness Pope John Paul II. We welcome all Catholics to come and join in our services.

The Sacraments

CELEBRATION OF BAPTISM

Please notify the church one month in advance. Parents must be active members of the church. CELEBRATION OF MARRIAGE Arrangements are to be made at least six months in advance of the date of the marriage by contacting the church. THE MYSTERY OF THE EUCHARIST Administered at the Divine Liturgy only. We must remember that we should approach the reception of the Holy Eucharist of Christ in the state of sanctifing grace. THE MYSTERY OF RECONCILIATION Heard before every Divine Liturgy, and upon request. THE MYSTERY OF THE ANOINTING OF THE SICK Given by the priest, upon request.
