1) We believe the Holy Scriptures to be inspired by the Holy Spirit, infallible, and God's revealed word to man. We believe in the inspiration of the Bible, equally in all parts and without error in its origin.
2) We believe that Scripture teaches that there is only one true God who has chosen to reveal Himself as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe in the God, eternally existent Father, Son and Holy Spirit who created man by a direct immediate act.
3) We believe in the fall of man and that man is a sinful being in need of redemption.
4) We believe in the virgin birth of Jesus Christ, that He is the Son of God, and the Son of Man, that He came to save men from the condemnation of sin by offering His blood as atonement and by making it available to all who exercise faith in Him. We believe in the pre-existence, incarnation, virgin birth sinless life, miracles, substitutionary death, bodily resurrection, ascension to heaven and second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. We believe that Jesus Christ is now the Head of His Church.
5) We believe that for salvation of the lost and sinful man, regeneration by the operation of the Holy Spirit on the basis of grace is absolutely essential.
6) We believe the Scriptures ascribe to the Holy Spirit the acts and attributes of an intelligent being, and that the works of God are ascribed to the Holy Spirit: creation, inspiration, giving of life, and sanctification.
7) We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy life. We believe in the spiritual relationship of all believers in the Lord Jesus Christ, living a life if righteous works, living separated from the world, witnessing of his saving grace through the ministry of the Holy Spirit.
8) We believe that the Baptism in the Holy Spirit, according to Acts 2:4, is given to believers who ask and that the nine power gifts are given according to the believers measure of faith according to His will. (1Cor.12:13,14)
9) We believe that the redemptive work of Christ on the cross provides healing of the human body in answer to believing prayer.
10) We believe that all mankind is subject to death of the body as a result of original sin; the souL does not die,
but immediately after death, enters into a conscience state of happiness or misery according to the character
here possessed by acceptance or rejection of the Savior.
11) We believe in the bodily resurrection of both the saved and the lost, the saved to everlasting life and the lost without Christ to everlasting damnation. We believe in a literal heaven and hell.
12) We believe in the personal, imminent return of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for a prepared people and that no man knows the day of His return.
13) We believe Jesus Christ has set in His Church the fivefold ministry: apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers and that godly men and women are active in these offices today.
14) We believe the Bible teachers that Satan and his demons are active on the earth today and that believers are the children of God and have been given power and dominion over them through the blood of Jesus Christ. (Heb. 9:14; Job 1:6-12)
The Lord directed Bishops Tony and Deanna Rorabaugh to pioneer Ariel Dear Family Church in 1991
and to establish Ariel Dear Foundation International Fellowship Inc. a non-profit
California Corporation in 1992 with an IRS determination under code 501©(3)received in 1993,
The framework was in place to open a Community Christian Academy to serve Atwater
and its neighboring cities. The task has demanded a great deal of time, creativity and finances.
After months of extensive work from our volunteer staff and donations of materials from the businesses
in and around Atwater, Ariel Dear Academy opened September 6, 1994. During both the 94-95 and 95-96 school years
we were able to serve grades 4-8. In June 1996 we graduated the first eighth grade class and in September 1996
grades 1-3 and high school were added. Our staff has done an excellent job in making the Academy a bright and
cheerful place both naturally and spiritually. Good fruit has been produced in the students, families and staff.
Administrator Bishop Deanna Rorabaugh oversees a completely volunteer staff of part-time and full-time workers.
Each staff member believes God has called him/her to serve the community and children through the school and
therefore sees the many hours of service as an investment in the future of our community. We are working toward
the goal of providing our students with the best computer (Internet Access), math, science and tutorial laboratories.
Society at large has lost touch with the family. Families have become a group of independent people sharing a
dwelling rather than an interdependent family unit. We believe parental involvement is essential to a students
education and welcome it at ADA. Our policy is to assist parents in building character, instilling study
habits, that will prepare your student to become a valuable college student, family member and citizen.
purchase of land to build a new campus or to remodel existing buildings to accommodate a larger student body,
gymnasium, auditorium, cafeteria, and athletic fields.
Our vision includes the establishment of a scholarship fund. Daily our staff receives calls from parents who want
to enroll or transfer their student to ADA. Some of these students need a smaller classroom size, others
need a safe environment to thrive, some need one on one attention to achieve their full potential, while there
are those who need to make behavioral changes with out peer pressure. WE are seeing excellent results!
The problem is many of these families are financially overburdened. With your tax deductible contribution together
we can shape the future of this community.
If you are interested in making an investment in the future of your child or are willing to invest in the children
of our community please contact our Assistant Administrator and Community Liaison Rev. Kathryn Ernst at
357-ROAR Monday through Friday 9:30am - 3:30 p.m. If there is no answer you may fax our office at 357-PRAY.
All donations to the sponsorship fund are tax deductible.
