THE BRIEF INTRODUCTION OF THE ST. STEPHEN'S
On September 14, 1996 The Most Rev. Dale F Howard, the Archbishop of the International Communion of the Charismatic Episcopal Church, consecrated The Church of the Saint Stephen the Martyr in Tallinn. The next day he confirmed the first five members of the parish. A year later, in June 1997, Archbishop Howard confirmed 24 more people. Later our Patriarch Archbishop Randolph Adler and Archbishop Randolph Sly have confirmed new members, as Archbishop Dale Howard. Now Saint Stephen's Church is one of the parishes of the Charismatic Episcopal Church of Estonia. The Charismatic Episcopal Church of Estonia is led by The Most Reverend Dr Dale F Howard and The Very Reverend Dr Heigo Ritsbek, The Dean of the Charismatic Episcopal Church of Estonia and at the same time the Rector of the Saint Stephen's. Currently Saint Stephen's has 70 members.
