WHAT DO FRIENDS BELIEVE?
Friends stand in the tradition of evangelical Christianity. We believe in the fundamental doctrines of the Christian faith. We believe that all men are born alienated from God. It is only through Jesus Christ, God's only son, that we can be united with God. Jesus Christ is the only mediator between man and God. Friends believe it is proper to allow the individual members liberty of concience in regard to outward observance of Baptism and Communion. To this we are called,"to serve Him without fear in holiness and and righteousness before Him all our days." Luke 1:74-75
