St. Luke's is located just north and west of the Wisconsin Dells recreation area in central Wisconsin. Take I-90/94 West to Exit 79 and you will find the church located on your left just as you enter Lyndon Station. We invite all people to join us for worship and hear the message of God's salvation through faith in Jesus Christ.
About St. Luke Ev. Lutheran Congregation:
St. Luke's was started by German immigrants in 1896 in what was then known as the town of Kildare. They celebrated there centennial year in 1996-97 with a year of special activites. Our Confessional Position: Our teachings are in line with the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod. As such we believe in the Triune God, the inerrancy of the Scriptures, and salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ as True Man and True God who died for all mankind's sins. We believe in Holy Baptism as a means of God's grace whereby we are given the power through God's Holy Spirit to be called His children. We also confess and believe in the Lord's Supper as the Sacrament in which we receive the true body and blood of our Lord for the forgiveness of our sins and the strengthening of our faith. Our mission as a congregation is to continue to bring honor and glory and praise to God in the community and throughout the world as we serve Him in the unity of faith in Jesus Christ as God and Savior; spreading the Word of God, administering the Sacraments, education for growth in faith, love and fellowship.
