MISSION OF BREAKTHROUGH EVANGELISTIC MINISTRIES
Breakthrough Evangelistic Ministries is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization
founded in 1991 by Lanny Schooley for the purpose of ministering to the
needs of young people in the Urban areas of San Antonio, Texas. Our focus primarily
has been reaching young people involved in the gang lifestyle and the problems
affiliated with it. This would include issues such as drug addiction,
violence, gang mediation, physical and sexual abuse, life skills, conflict resolution
and mediation training. Our number one purpose and goal is to share the love and power of
Jesus Christ to these young people in a very real manner. We accomplish this through Intervention
Prevention, and Restoration - reaching the spiritual, emotional, and social needs of these Young
people and families.
