Our History

On July 17, 1992 12 people gathered in the Name of Jesus Christ to study Gods word and to seek the directio of the Holy Sprit in their lives. After months of study and seeking came The First Church Community of Faith. From that point the Church grew, and grew, and grew even more. In 1994 Community of Faith felt the leading of the Spirit to become an International body of believers. * Incorporated 1994 Statment of Purpose: To bind togeather for the purpose of sharing in the worship of God in the Christrain tradition, and to make Gods will prevalent in the lives of all people, invidually and collectively, as set forth in the Holy Scriptures. Beleives: We, known as Community of Faith Churches International, believe that all God's people should have unity in the Spirit, regardless of their affiliation with an association or organization. We believe that churches should have one another, and prayer us a means to do so. We also believe that the Word of God is the source through which we receive faith. Not of man-made systems, but God is our source.
