Organized in the mid 1960's by Elder Jesse & Evang. Myrtle K. Johnson, our church is affectionately known as "Holy Ghost Headquarters".
Under the direction of the Holy Ghost and the leadership of Elder Johnson, Greater EverReady was the place to go if you needed more than an introduction to the Saviour. Miracles, healing, salvation, deliverance were just a few the characteristics of worshiping with the congregation. Good music and good preaching only accentuates the attributes of the church. Although, Elder Johnson has gone home to take his rest, Greater EverReady under the leadership of Elder Garrie Hines (our late Pastor's son) and his widow District Missionary Johnson, the Holy Ghost has continued to direct us to higher heights and deeper depths. Whenever you are in the "City of the Angels", make it your business to come to "Holy Ghost Headquarters".
