Make yourselves

This paraphrase of John 15:9 is Levi's official invitation. The tribe of Levi was chosen of God to minister to God and to care for the things of God. We accept this role and commit ourselves to serving at God's Table with God's hospitality and grace.

Levi's School of Ministry - "By Divine Design"

This school is our way of developing ministry leaders for the new millennium. It was designed primarily for our own members, but others are welcome to come. It is a practical training course, 12-14 weeks, that will lend itself to some theology, some ecclesiology, and among many other things, much practical application of what is learned. Students will have the opportunity to write different types of sermons and to preach those sermons - weddings, funerals, christenings, baptism and eucharist. If you are interested you may call 410-525-2357, or send email to dbpastor@yahoo.com. You don't have to be a licensed minister. You don't even have to know what your ministry is. This is an opportunity to explore and discover the uniqueness of God's call in your life. The course begins September, 2001 and runs through December. Closing worship and certification will be held scheduled during the semester.
