Friendship was the first Church of God in Christ Established by Bishop C.H. Mason in the state of Virginia, making her the Mother Church of the Churches of God in Christ in this state. Many souls Have been saved behind her doors and many lives have been touched because of her birth.

To serve Jesus Christ in our service to others, that his love may be manifest in our lives, that the Father may be glorified
