THE MISSION OF THE HOLY LIGHT CHURCH OF GOD IN CHRIST IS:
1) TO PRAISE AND WORSHIP GOD THROUGH CHRIST IN THE SPIRIT AND IN TRUTH;
2) TO EDIFY THE LOCAL CHURCH CONGREGATION THROUGH SOUND PREACHING, SOUND TEACHING, THE MINISTRY OF MUSIC, AND CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP;
3) TO EVANGELIZE AND CONVERT OUR "UNCHURCHED" NEIGHBORS; AND
4) TO MINISTER, AS WITHIN OUR CAPACITY, TO THE NEEDS OF OUR MEMBERSHIP AND OF OUR NEIGHBORS.
