Grace Community is attempting to reach those in the Oscoda, Mi. area for Jesus Christ. Ministries include God's MVP's (Most Valuable Puppets); Family Fun Night; and Monthly Prayer Fellowship as well as other small group activities. Children's Church will beging March 2, 2003. This area is excellent for retirees considering a move. One of the main churches which influenced the formation of Grace Community was Ward Evangelical Presbyterian church located in Northville,Michigan. The main headquarters for the EPC denomination is located in Livonia, Michigan.Website http://www.epc.org
Belief
We believe the bible to be the infallible and fully inspired Word of God. We also believe the gifts of the Spirit are relevent for today but our emphasis is on the Fruits of the Spirit: Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness and Self-control. The motto of the EPC is---- In essentials (of the faith) - Unity/ In non-essentials - Liberty/ In all things - Charity/ With TRUTH IN LOVE
