who are we
Soweto Vineyard community Fellowship is part of the larger Vineyard Christian Fellowship which began in the USA in 1977. Soweto Vineyard exist to serve the largest African township in South Africa, were poverty, HIV/AIDS, unemployment levels are rife. AVC). Soweto Vineyard is part of the Gauteng Association GAVC.
Our Vision
is to be the community that is equipped, continues to equip believers to impact the broader Soweto community
Our Worship Service
We encourage a simple, relaxed, casual fellowship. and the focus is on Jesus. A service will include the experience of worship through a contemporary musical style, teaching of the Scriptures that is both challenging and relevant for life, and the opportunity to receive ministry for physical, emotional or spiritual needs.
Engaging in intimate worship in worship is a high value in the Vineyard. Most songs we sing address God directly.
