We are looking for a youth pastor or a lay youth worker who is familiar with the ways and feel of the inner-city. His Job will be to care for the kids in the church and to do outreach into the neighborhood which is ripe with children and TEENS that need direction.
The people are primarily African American. This person should be seasoned, married and sure of God's call to work in the inner-city.
