The Chapel of Christ, Our Teacher, is a member in the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church. Our faith community is a member of the independent Catholic communion of the Old Catholic Church of Utrecht Succession. We accept the theology taught by the creedal statements of the Ecumenical Councils as professed universally by the Church throughout the ages. We share with all Christians the belief that Jesus is the Son of God and Redeemer of humanity. We are united with others through the gift of Baptism and celebrate the seven sacraments of the Church. Our worshipping community teaches the Catholic faith with a loving regard for all humanity, and based on intelligent modern positions on social issues. We welcome all regardless of race, color, gender, sexual orientation or preference, nationality or socioeconomic status. We welcome each and every baptized person to the altar to receive Communion.<BR>

About our Beliefs</h3>
We believe in the Scripture teachings of Jesus Christ. We believe in the Holy Trinity. We believe in Jesus' command to love our neighbor without judgment. We believe in the Sacraments of the Church. We believe in the gathering of the Community of Believers. We believe God created all humanity equally.
