About the Form
The form is a means for you to get information about your organization
into the server. Once it is there, Net Ministries will be able to display
your information in an attractive Web page.
Several of the fields are required. That is, you must enter something into
the required fields for the form to be processed. Basically, almost all except
the staff, event, and commentary fields are required. The information
requested is fairly self-explainitory but the commentary fields are quite
flexible.
The first item encountered is the Apostles' Creed check box. It is required
that this box be checked as Net Ministries is chartered to serve Christian organizations.
Almost all churches and organizations refering to themselves as Christian should
have no trouble with this Creed.
For more information on a specific field see below (or go back to the top).

About the Address Fields
The address fields include the actual address lines, the City, the State/Province, the
Country, and the Postal Code. In filling out or modifying these fields remember that
they will be used to search for your organization as well as being provided as
information. Address line 2 is not required while the others are. Most of the
fields as displayed on the form equal the maximum size of the field while some
may permit additional characters to be entered.

About the Commentary Fields
Commentary fields and titles may contain HTML codes. These codes tell
a browser special ways to display the information. Text may be displayed
in different sizes, bolded, italicized, underlined, and formed into lists
or tables. Images from Net Ministries art library or elsewhere on the
Internet may be included in these sections. Links to other pages on the Internet
may also be included (like the two links in this paragraph. To find out more about
HTML Click Here but keep in mind that the HTML to create your page has already been
taken care of and all you need to be concerned about are tags that modify
the look of your text, add links, or refer to images. Additional useful answers
to HTML and other questions can be found in our Frequently Asked
Questions page.
