Peace

Do you have a longing for peace -- that feeling of tranquility that rises above the everyday hassles of life? I was fortunate enough to catch part of a Barbara Walters interview with Richard Dreyfuss prior to the Oscars one year. During that interview he said he wish he could have the peace and tranquility that he saw in some of his friends. My first thought on hearing this was that he just needed to know Jesus, then he'd be able to fill that void and satisfy his longings.

Is there such a longing in your heart? If so, then look to Jesus to comfort your heart and give you the peace that passes all understanding. If you already have that peace, make sure it shows so that others might see its results and yearn for it as well. Then perhaps they too will discover the joy and peace that only Jesus can provide them.

Remember to "let others see Jesus in you."
